很久以前就听说《一个陌生女人的来信》“Letter from an Unknown Woman”这部小说的心理描写非常棒，所以拿来赏阅了一番，读完后，心中很是不能平静。茨威格把女子暗恋，期待，失望，守候的情感描写的非常细腻到位。在信的另一端，不知男主会如何反应，如何思考呢?相信他也是有所触动的，因为他最后是紧张地放下这封信的，怕是也许久不能平静了吧。
其实也说不上是谁的问题。女子春心荡漾，为爱人保持忠贞的内心，这也或许是一种纯净之美吧。可男子生性洒脱，也没义务为了一个萍水相逢的女子负责。如此的错过，只能说是两个价值观不同的人，无法真正的融合。姑娘或许是爱上了一个不该爱的人，也或许是不够果敢。
倘若姑娘能够更加勇敢，会发生什么呢?我不禁想到了那本畅销书《一天》“One Day”，在那本书里，也有一个一直默默的爱着男主的姑娘，她也是眼睁睁的看着那个男子和一个个姑娘经历不属于自己的故事。可区别或许是，那姑娘从未放弃和男子的书信联系，并从未放弃争取吧，所以最终她还是和男子在一起了，虽然她的生命较为短暂，但是男主在她去世后那样颓败的生活，可以看出他是那样爱着她。
在《一个陌生女人的来信》“Letter from anUnknown Woman”中，陌生女人认为爱是一种付出，一种默默的守候，所以她即便有了男人的孩子也不愿意打搅他的生活;而男主认为爱是一种自由，不是束缚，不是责任。这样的爱最终产出的是一出悲剧。
最近有一部很火的国剧，叫《亲爱的翻译官》，剧中描述翻译的励志成长很吸引人，可偏偏主角乔菲因为爱而对男友隐瞒病情，从而引起很多误会，这让我不禁思考，隐瞒真的那么必要吗?爱一个人，不是一直宠着他做不合适的事，而是要教会他承担责任，为什么一定要做只能同甘却不能共苦的爱人呢?
不过话说回来，倘若陌生女人真的和男主在一起了，婚后的生活万一发生了不忠，不爱，风流，价值观不同，审美倦怠，怕是她会更加痛苦吧。未来的假设或好或坏，但至少如今她所有的生命里，虽有缺憾，但却充满向往和内心构建出来的美好形象。不知哪位曾经说过一句“相恋不如怀念”，倒是很适合这部小说中的男女。正如《遇见心想事成的自己》书中所说，我们的心愿可能会有陷阱，它或许并非我们真正所需，只是我们思想的一厢情愿，并且我们的大脑往往只愿意相信自己想要相信的东西。
